An Author's Journey

A Martha Baker Mystery

From the picturesque landscapes of Nova Scotia to the shores of British Columbia, I embark on a literary adventure. R B Morgan.ca is more than just a business idea; it's a dedicated platform to share my original works, connecting with readers who appreciate compelling stories and imaginative worlds full of the mystery, murder and the paranormal. My commitment is to create narratives that resonate, inspire, and entertain and make one feel empowered no matter what the age, gender or anything else.

My creative process

Every story begins with an idea, nurtured through careful crafting and relentless dedication. As an independent publisher, I oversee every detail, do all writing, create every illustration including book cover and do all formatting as I see fit ensuring each book is a testament to quality and passion as well as individuality. This platform is a direct result of wanting to share these creations directly with you, fostering a personal connection with my readership.

My Writing Process

My writing process is not by the seat of my pants. I mind map each book, doing a visual gallery for each character and each setting. I also do a detailed plot line showing the development of both the plot and the characters with developments that are planned out over various books and plots.

I do what I do because I was an avid reader of murder mysteries for years  including my beloved Agatha Christie who still is loved by many.

Now I love writing murder mysteries  instead of reading them  and I want to share this journey with you!

Words that inspire, stories that captivate

My passion lies in crafting compelling narratives that transport readers to new worlds and evoke deep emotions. Each book is a piece of my heart and imagination, carefully brought to life. I don't have any need to put myself on display. I want the stories to speak for themselves because I shall always write and there will always be more to come as long as I am here.
