Everyone has a hidden world there just below the surface, and how you cope with it is everyone's personal secret and this is Martha's.

Embracing the unseen

Step into the world of Martha, where psychic abilities are not strange or unusual, but a natural part of her life. This book invites you to experience her journey, supported in her gifts, understanding that being different is a path to profound knowing. It’s a tale that challenges perceptions and embraces the interconnectedness of all which are often found in quiet places within each of us.

Dealing with feelings which others others cannot feel

Martha has discipline that has not happened over night. She has learned that sometimes if you can't be disciplined you have to then simply be stubborn and just fake it until you make it. She uses quiet spaces especially in nature which surrounds her with balance and diversitiy all the time...just look at the trees in a forest! She also uses what has already exists to calm her galloping mind such as Vipassina meditation. Martha has found ways that work for her just as we all do.

Young minds will gain insight into the wisdom of an aging woman rich with life experience, while older readers may find reflections of Martha's journey within themselves.
